Jul Perez, President & CEO
Prior to becoming the owner and President of Sharper Image Management Consultants, Jul Perez worked for two (2) of the largest Community Association Management companies in Atlanta. In addition to his Management experience he also worked as a Designer for several Architectural and Interior Design firms. He has won awards in Historical Restoration, Landscape Design, and has been featured in the Altanta Journal for innovative home designs. Jul Perez has been a Community Manager for over 20 years and has helped many communities with renovation and design. His strong design background has been a tremendous benefit to Sharper Image Management's clients and his professional and "hands-on" approach have created both financially stable and aesthetically beautiful communities. Perez is a licensed Community Manager with a Bachelors Degree in Architecture Engineering. This combination gives Sharper Image Management's properties a great advantage in the market.
Elena Lam, Controller and Director of Accounting
Elena Lam has a Bachelors Degree in Math/Accounting and Financial Management, as well as, a Masters Degree in Music. She is fluent in both Spanish and English, carries a Real Estate License and highly involved in all aspects of residential renovation. She was Controller for Hospital Corporation of America for 13 years and Controller for the New York Times for 2.5 years. Her extensive experience in accounting, office management, and construction make her invaluable. Her experience in such a diverse arena has not only made her extremely accurate in her record keeping, but astute in the monitoring of contractors.
Elena Perez, Broker
Elena is a licensed Real Estate Broker that stays highly informed as to the newest trends in the real estate market. She is a member of the Community Association Institute with extensive experience in accounting and office management. Her business experience and computer knowledge continue to be of great benefit to our clients.

We take great pride in the fact that we have the lowest delinquencies in the industry as well as some of the lowest legal charges. Co-Managers plus Assistant
The average portfolio size for two managers in the industry is approximately 28 properties which allows for less than our hour of management time spent per property per week.
Less than four hours per week to solicit bids, handle phone calls, handle collections, handle correspondence, process bills, update directories, file, meet with contractors, prepare specifications, prepare management reports, etc..., therefore site inspections are often neglected.
With Sharper Image Management Consultants, Inc. co-management philosophy, two managers and their assistant will share a portfolio, allowing for additional time spent on your property. This is of utmost importance in that it allows for no delays in day-to-day business transactions, return of telephone calls and accessibility due to your manager being on-site or on vacation.
With co-managers you will no longer experience delays in response to your questions regarding financial status, legal status, account status, and other pertinent information you may need answered concerning your property. In addition, a manager with extensive working knowledge of your property will be on call 24 hours a day for emergencies.
